We have used mechanical secta scan and U.I.Octoson for the diagnosis of renal tumor for these several years. 22 patients have been diagnosed as renal tumor. The pathological difference of the tumor echoes and the size and the degree of invasion were studied comparing with X-ray, CT examination and the operative findings. For these purposes, ultrasound was thought to be very useful.
