It may think a differential diagnosis of the gallbladder disease needs not only formal diagnosis but also the movement observation of the gallbladder.
Then this a present writer made timely observations by ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus on the movement of a gallbladder contraction to the force of Caerulein injection as a normal, a cholelithiasis, a cholecystopathy without stones, and a polypoid lesion. And it is investigated to a usefulness as a differential diagnosis. As a result: (1) The maximum contraction on cholelithiasis was 15 minutes after the injection, and all of the others was 30 minutes after the injection. (2) The most highest (good) rate of maximum contraction was a normal, and followed a polypoid lesion, a cholelithiasis, and a cholecystopathy without stones. (3) It is suggested that a difference of those gallbladder contracted movement is concerned with the inflammatory degree of gallbladder wall based on a tissue pathological reference.
