A trial using Obata-metro on ultrasound named "OBATAMETRO technique" is described in order to make a sonic window and to differentiate intrapelvic disorders in combination with distended bladder.
The Obata-metro can be obtained easily, because it is widely used by Obstetricians for induced labor.
This procedure is very simple and the results obtained demonstrated the same effects as the results by the Water-Enema and the Intrarectal Water Balloon technique reported in the literature.
