　A case of prostatic tuberculosis with right renal and epididymic tuberculosis was reported.
　The nodule in the left lobe of the prostate was palpated but did not be shown on urethrogram. Transrectal ultrasonotomography of the prostate by radial and linear scanner showed a specific pattern which was a cystic mass existed in the left lobe of the prostate.
　In order to diagnose accurately whether prostatic tuberculosis existed or not, the cystic mass on the echogram was biopsied selectively by interventional ultrasound. Histology revealed prostatic tuberculosis.
