　A 53-year-old male was admitted due to liver cirrhosis. Upper G-I series was performed to detect esophageal varix. This was not found, however, esophageal tumor was demonstrated. Esophageal tumor was also delineated by ultrasound through the skin. This was confirmed by endoscope.
　Squamous papilloma of esophagus was confirmed by biopsy through endoscope. Squamous papilloma is very rare.
