A 38-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of anemia. Ultrasonography (US) demonstrated a round mass lying between pancreas and left hepatic lobe. The tumor was homogeneous with a hyperechoic irregularity in part. The findings by Computed tomography with contrast enhancement was compatible with those of US. Endoscopic retrograde pancreaticography disclosed no abnormality. Celiac angiography revealed hypovascularity in the left hepatic lobe. The histological examination showed a neurilemmoma.
