A neuroblastoma is most common malignant tumor in infancy. However, the diagnosis in prenatal period has been rarely made. A case report of neuroblastoma in newborn period is presented. A fetal cystic neuroblastoma was suspected by ultrasound at 37 gestational weeks. The sonographic evaluation of the fetal abdomen showed a polycystic mass 28×25×24 mm in diameter anterior of the left kidney. The newborn was operated at 19th day after birth and diagnosed as cystic neuroblastoma (stage 1).
