Fetal crown–rump length (CRL) development was evaluated from the day of ovulation which was ultrasonically determined. Regression analysis by means of least squares was performed with 100 CRL measurements. Although our CRL values were similar to those of other CRL reports, differences in the number of days between observed and expected gestational ages were smaller than those of previous reports. The data derived from ovulation–timed pregnancy may facilitate further investigations on early fetal growth.
