腎のカラードプラ法

腎は非常に血流が豊富な臓器であり,カラードプラ法は各種腎疾患の診断に積極的に臨床応用されてきた.最新の超音波装置では,カラードプラ法,パワードプラ法やB-Flowにより,腎実質内の血管も良好な血流表示が得られ,パルスドプラ法による血流波形の解析により,血流方向や速度,腎実質の末梢血管抵抗などが評価出来る.ここでは,腎血管性病変の診断や,移植腎の評価などに対するカラードプラ法の応用について概説する.
The kidneys are known to be well-perfused organs, and various renal vascular diseases are routinely diagnosed from results of color Doppler ultrasound (US) examination. Modern US machines can use Color and power Doppler US and B-Flow techniques to delineate both the main renal vessels and the intraparenchymal vasculature of the kidney in great detail. Doppler US can use spectral analysis to evaluate such flow characteristics as flow direction and velocity, and parenchymal flow resistance. This presentation covers both the usefulness of color and power Doppler US in diagnosing an array of renal vascular diseases and its application in assessing renal transplants.
