　There might be many unsolved problems lying underneath the ground in the field of human biology. Some of those had been brought into the level of recognition from time to time, when they were aroused by fortunate encountering to the renewed method of detection, which more or less would result in the evolution of the new concepts.
　Ultrasonic Tomography is the method of choice for in vivo investigation of twin pregnancy in the first trimester.
　In the present study, seven cases of twin pregnancy have been discussed. The prognoses of those cases, twin abortion (1), twin labor (1), single tone labor (4), unknown (1), might suggest the renewed incidence of twin pregnancy, as well as the special difficulty in the continuation of twin pregnancy.
