Flow signals of aortic regurgitation(AR) and pulmonary regurgitation (PR) during systole in one mild AR and 2 mild PR patients with atrial fibrillation (Af) were detected by pulsed Doppler echocardiography. To examine the mechanism of these phenomena (Systolic AR: SAR, Systolic PR: SPR), the preceding R-R interval(PI), pre-preceding R-R interval (PPI) and PPI/PI in the cardiac cycles with and without SAR and SPR were analysed.
